About Us

We got our 501(c)3 acceptance letter on December 8, 2015. We're an all volunteer nonprofit organization, and we are 'on the move', partnering with a bunch of great folks and organizations and supporting a large number of individuals and communities. We believe communities are healthier, happier and more inclusive when everyone, regardless of income or ability, has access to a creative process and the encouragement to believe in themselves, and we have the passion, strength & dedication to support that belief.

Our Programs

Dream Catcher

A photography based program developed to foster self confidence and positive 'dreams' for children with little of either. Each child is given a rechargeable camera,  instruction, & then the class heads out for a photo shoot. We follow up with an editing session. We then print their 5 favorite pics, frame them and produce a galla 'showing' event where their work is displayed and offered for sale. Our first programs were produced in cooperation with Charlotte Hungerford Hospital (Youth & Family Services), NAFI,CT (shelter & support for sexually abused teens) and Willie Ross School for the Deaf.
